Public Spirit is about togetherness, and this starts with the liquor itself. Timing is everything, so they don't rush their rum. They age it in ex-bourbon casks to imbue it with toasty woody notes. With age comes a depth of flavour you can see in its amber glow long before it reaches your mouth.
