Black Cow Vodka was born after 4th generation cheesemakers discovered how much waste was produced during cheesemaking. Inspired by Genghis Khan who was the first person who posed the question “can you make alcohol out of milk?”, award-winning Black Cow is made entirely by using up whey from grass-grazed cow's milk leftover from the cheese-making process.
