Blue Bottle

Blue Bottle Gin forms a part of the Three Finger Distillery on the Island of Guernsey. The name is derived from founder Matt Polli’s studies at Cambridge University, where he spent a summer studying internship insects and more specifically, Blue Bottles. Through these studies, he discovered that the Blue Bottle was in fact a very beautiful creature, contrary to our beliefs that we think they are an irritation. This discovery led Matt to believe that beauty can be found anywhere hence the company’s tagline, “look for beauty everywhere”.

Their gins are distilled in small batches to allow them to maintain the highest amount of quality. All gins are best served with ice.
