Salford Rum is a spiced rum made by the Salford Rum Company, a distillery located under the Salford railway lines near Manchester city center. The rum is inspired by the Caribbean rum and spice imports that came through Salford Docks in the late 1800s and early 1900s, and is also a tribute to the dock workers who handled them. The rum is made in small batches, column distilled, infused with rich flavours and hand-bottled into ceramic bottles.
