  • Alnwick Rum The Legendary Dark Rum (5cl) - First produced back in the early 1900s, Alnwick Rum has a distinctive, full round character with a real unique depth of flavour.
  • Barbican Botanics Spiced Rum (5cl) - This rum contains figs, oranges, allspice, berries, nutmeg, ginger, cassia and clove, along with a smokiness from the addition of Charred American Oak.
  • Cloven Hoof Spiced Rum (5cl) - A unique blend of dark rum and distinctive spices with an indulgent aroma of generously served gingerbread, caramel and fruitcake.
  • Cut Smoked Rum (5cl) - Made with a base of Jamaican rum, Cut Smoked Rum is smokey and leathery with touches of tobacco and early morning coffee.
  • Duppy Share Caribbean Rum (5cl) - A punchy Jamaican rum full of tropical fruit flavour, followed by a smooth, warming buttery finish from the Barbadian rum. 
  • Rum Bothy Spiced Rum (5cl) - Handcrafted in Scotland, blending distilled and cask-aged rums with spices, including saffron hand-picked in the Strathmore valley.
  • Fever-Tree Ginger Beer x2 - A distinct, fresh ginger taste predominates. It is refreshing and clean-tasting without being overly sweet. 
  • Fever-Tree Madagascan Cola x2 - Created using the finest ingredients sourced from around the globe including kola nuts, fresh Madagascan vanilla, key limes from Mexico and Indonesian cassia.
  • Barbican Botanics Spiced Rum Truffles - These truffles contain the delicious flavour of Barbican Botanics Spiced Rum, with notes of fig, orange, allspice, berries, nutmeg, ginger, cassia and clove.
  • Mr Filberts Salted Caramel Chocolate & Nut Mix (75g) - A luxury trail mix of roasted mixed and honeyed nuts with salted caramel fudge pieces and coated honeycomb & raisins.
  • Mr Filberts Black Truffle & Sea Salt Mixed Nuts (40g) - This hot-air roasted snack includes roasted peanuts, almonds and cashews that have been lavishly coated in black truffle salt.
  • Joe & Seph's Festive Brandy Butter Popcorn Pouch (80g) - Made with rich, buttery Caramel which is infused with a 10 year old Spanish Brandy. 
  • Joe & Seph’s Dark Chocolate Popcorn Bites Hanging Pyramid (45g) - Smooth and rich with a satisfying crunch, each popcorn kernel is air-popped, before being hand-coated in a rich salted caramel sauce, then placed in a silky dark chocolate cup.

Non-Mainland UK Delivery

We are able to process orders from non-mainland UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Ireland and the Channel Islands. Delivery surcharges for the relevant postcodes are calculated at the checkout. 

How quickly will my order arrive?

Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon on the same day. Any orders placed after that time will be dispatched on the next available working day.

We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched. The time your order takes to arrive will depend on the delivery option you choose.

While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day.

How can I track the status of my order?

You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your parcel on the UK Mail website. You will only receive a tracking number if you have chosen a tracked delivery option for your order.

What days will my order be delivered on?

Our couriers deliver between 07.00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday.

Will I need to sign for my order?

Yes, you will have to sign for your parcel upon receipt.

Special delivery instructions

If you have any special instructions for delivery, such as leaving your parcel with a neighbour, please include them in the ‘special instructions’ section at the checkout. Please note that our couriers will not respond to notes left on doors for security reasons.

If we cannot deliver your order within the specified time period we will make every attempt to contact you and provide an expected delivery time. If this delivery time is not suitable, you can cancel your order and we will provide a full refund.

Collect in person

You are able to collect your order from our premises by choosing the relevant option at the checkout. At this point delivery charges will be removed. You can collect your order from:

How carefully is my order packaged?

We take great care in packaging your order using the necessary materials according to its weight, size and how fragile it is.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on 01752 466311 or by email at sales@tipplehampercompany.com. We will then advise you on the best course of action. In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund.

In most cases we will refund the cost of posting the item back to us.

Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.

Returns / Refund Policy

All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible.
