It's our most-loved service! You choose exactly what goes into the hamper - spirits, snacks, mixers, glasses and more, and we'll hand-pack it beautifully for you.
Not at all! We take care of all the packing. Your hamper will arrive looking gorgeous and ready to gift, no extra effort needed.
Simply add the goodies you love to your basket. When you're done, choose your hamper packaging (gift box, carton or wicker). We'll pick the right size to fit your items perfectly.
No need to worry about picking the right size! Once you've added all your goodies to the basket, a pop-up box will appear prompting you to choose your hamper style - standard carton, black gift tray, or picnic basket. We'll automatically calculate the size needed based on what you've chosen, so your hamper will be packed perfectly.
We work quickly to get your order ready, but if you contact us as soon as you can, we'll do our best to help.

Nope! We never include prices or invoices in our hampers - those are emailed to you only. Your gift will arrive as a lovely surprise.

Of course! With 'Create Your Own Hamper' you can hand-pick every item. Plus, we'll include your free gift message on a lovely Tipple Hamper card inside the box.
You'll be able to add your gift message at checkout - just look out for the dropdown box when you're filling in your details. It's completely free, and we'll include a lovely Tipple Hamper card with your message, tucked neatly inside the hamper for that personal touch.
We aim to deliver on your requested date. You'll receive a dispatch email once your order has left us. If it hasn't arrived by the next working day, just get in touch and we'll look into it.
Our couriers may try a neighbour, take it to a local collection point, or re-attempt delivery. An email will let you know the next steps.
Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details by email. If it's coming via Parcelforce, they'll also send updates directly. (Check your spam/junk folder just in case!)
If something's unavailable, we may swap it for a similar item of equal or higher value. If we can't find a good replacement, we'll get in touch or issue a refund.
