Brought this hamper for first time as a birthday present. Was delivered quickly and when I discovered an error I contacted them. Had a response that morning and the error was rectified without any problem. Would definitely buy from them again, it’s not often you get amazing customer service but I definitely did……plus the hamper purchased was thoroughly enjoyed by the gift receiver.
