  • 1x Glengoyne 10 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky 40% ABV (5cl) -  A smooth warming taste featuring the delicate flavours of crisp green apples, oak and sweet toffee balanced with a slight hint of liquorice and almonds.
  • 1x Macallan Gold Double Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky 40% ABV (5cl) - Matured in a combination of American Oak and refill sherry casks. This has lots of citrus aromas, lemon and orange peel.
  • 1x The Balvenie Double Wood 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky 40% ABV (5cl) - Sweet fruit and Oloroso sherry notes, layered with honey and vanilla. Smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavour.
  • 1x The Pogues Irish Whiskey 40% ABV (5cl) -  A delicious Irish whiskey, one that is exceptionally smooth and easy-drinking, but also very versatile so it can be enjoyed however you like.
  • 1x Mr Filberts Black Truffle & Sea Salt Mixed Nuts (40g) - This hot-air roasted snack includes roasted peanuts, almonds and cashews that have been lavishly coated in black truffle salt.

Non-Mainland UK Delivery

We are able to process orders from non-mainland UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Ireland and the Channel Islands. Delivery surcharges for the relevant postcodes are calculated at the checkout. 

How quickly will my order arrive?

Due to Christmas volumes our standard delivery time is currently 4-5 working days.
The time your order takes to arrive will depend on the delivery option you choose.

While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day.
We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched.

How can I track the status of my order?

You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your parcel on the UK Mail website. You will only receive a tracking number if you have chosen a tracked delivery option for your order.

What days will my order be delivered on?

Our couriers deliver between 07.00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday.

Will I need to sign for my order?

Yes, you will have to sign for your parcel upon receipt.

Special delivery instructions

If you have any special instructions for delivery, such as leaving your parcel with a neighbour, please include them in the ‘special instructions’ section at the checkout. Please note that our couriers will not respond to notes left on doors for security reasons.

If we cannot deliver your order within the specified time period we will make every attempt to contact you and provide an expected delivery time. If this delivery time is not suitable, you can cancel your order and we will provide a full refund.

You are able to collect your order from our premises by choosing the relevant option at the checkout. At this point delivery charges will be removed. You can collect your order from:

How carefully is my order packaged?

We take great care in packaging your order using the necessary materials according to its weight, size and how fragile it is.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on 01752 466311 or by email at sales@tipplehampercompany.com. We will then advise you on the best course of action. In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund.

In most cases we will refund the cost of posting the item back to us.

Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.

Returns / Refund Policy

All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible.
