Echlinville produces their fine spirits from field to glass. They are a single Estate distillery crafting premium Irish whiskey, gin. vodka and poitín from barley grown, harvested and malted on their family farm. The Echlinville Distillery in Newtownards is Ireland’s first farm distillery. They craft their spirits from the ground up, on land they have farmed for generations. Every drop is trickle pot distilled to perfection from barley sown, grown, harvested and malted by hand, on their family farm.
