Hills & Harbour is an award winning gin brand bringing you an incredibly smooth taste from the forests and coastline of Galloway. Their gins are made by taking local wheat and Scottish water, combining them together in their seven day fermentation process and end up with a product of maximum quality. Their gin contains various botanicals including juniper and is balanced with hints of forest fir, tropical fruit, citrus spice, tangy sherbet and a subtle scent of the shore.
