The Highland Liquor Co. has grown from the village of Ullapool in Scotland and crafts handcrafted small-batch gin produced in the twin copper stills. Their Seven Crofts gin is a handcrafted dry gin, that contains opulent notes of perfumed forest fruit and a suggestion of woodland.
