The Lakes Gin is a classic English gin produced with only the purest water from their Lake District National Park home in a UNESCO World Heritage Site. With vibrant notes of juniper, cracked black pepper and orange peel, the selection of botanicals are gently infused in the finest British wheat spirit, distilled in a traditional copper pot still. The result of the gentle distillation process is an exceptionally smooth gin.

Twisted Nose Gin is a dry gin that uses fresh watercress grown at their distillery. To complement and balance the watercress, they have added nine other botanicals including juniper and locally grown lavender and coriander from the South Downs. The taste is intensely herbaceous yet delicately floral, beginning with soft sweet citrus notes, developing spicy undertones and finishing with a peppery sparkle.

Island Gin is beautifully handcrafted in the Isles of Scilly and inspired by a recipe that dates back to 1665. It's made with six botanicals, including juniper and pepper. Full and rounded in the mouth, with soft citrus and juniper on the fore, followed by layers of fennel, a fruity peppery note and subtle spice. The savoury tones of the pepper and cardamom are balanced by a touch of sweetness from the orange and fennel.

★ Serving Suggestion: A large measure of Island Gin over ice, garnished with a fresh kaffir lime leaf and a dried orange slice, with two measures of tonic.
Kopparberg Strawberry & Lime Gin is expertly infused with the finest ingredients and natural fruit flavours. This gin is double distilled over a two-week period using fermented grain. This is then flavoured through a re-distillation of natural ingredients including juniper, coriander, lime and strawberry.

Cuckoo Sunshine Gin has been inspired by the Lancashire greeting 'Hello, Sunshine'. It is made with natural honey, sourced from Lancashire bees, which is used in place of sugar to create a delightfully sweet and smooth gin. The addition of raspberry adds a refreshing taste which is complemented by notes of toasted almonds, creamy vanilla, cinnamon and orange.
